What's your shipping policy?

Ready-made items will ship in 1-3 days. Custom orders will ship in approximately 4 weeks (due to the fact that they are made to order). You may check the shipping cost prior to making a payment via our shopping cart. If you need an order rushed, or if you need an order shipped internationally, please contact us.

Does JennaClaire offer a guarantee?

Of course! We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from purchase (normal wear & tear excluded). If you should ever experience a problem with your bag, please contact us for further return instructions.

What's your return policy?

RETURN POLICY FOR READY-MADE PRODUCTS

These items may be returned with tags attached within 14 days, unused with tags attached, and with original receipt for full refund. All refunds must be issued a return authorization code prior to shipping back to us! Please contact us by email for this code and a return address by clicking here . Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM DESIGNED PRODUCTS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Custom orders and gift certificates are non-returnable.

How do I take care of my JennaClaire bag?

Spot Cleaning is recommended for all bags with the exception being bibs, changing pads, and anything else made with our 100% cotton lightweight fabrics.  You   may see cleaning instructions for each of the fabrics listed on the custom design pages.  You may use a protective fabric spray, but be sure to test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous place with a Q-tip first! Never set your fabric bag on the floor.

Who is JennaClaire?

Jenna Claire is the name of owner, Daina Levine’s daughter. Jenna was her inspiration when she decided to embark on her adventure in the handbag business.

Do you do home parties?

Yes!  We are pleased to offer BOTH in-home as well as parties right in our studio.  Please email us to find out if there is a design consultant in your area or to reserve a space in our Beavercreek, Ohio studio for your party!  You may email us at info@jennaclaire.com for more information.  Be sure to tell us your city and state for in-home party requests!

Do I pay more depending on the fabric?

All prices include your choice of any fabrics and almost any number of fabric combinations

Is JennaClaire a chain store?

No. We are proud to say we are a local Dayton-based company and this is our only retail location. Daina Levine founded JennaClaire in her basement in 2002. The first retail location opened in Centerville in 2005, and expended to The Greene Towne Center in 2008.

How long will it take to make my bag?

Generally we run on a 4 week turnaround. Depending on number of orders we have that week, we often see bags come back in less time. You may call anytime to check on your order—we know it can be difficult to wait!

Where are your bags made?

All our orders are cut on-site in our studio at The Greene. The bags are then sent via courier to our team of talented, local seamstresses right here in the Dayton area. They construct each bag to your exact specifications. We train our seamstresses extensively, and each item is professionally sewn with the utmost attention to detail.
