NEW! We are now offering in-home and office parties in the Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Richmond areas! You & your guests can create customized, one-of-a-kind handbags, totes, & accessories that reflect your unique style. Contact us to reserve your date. For parties totaling $250 or more, the hostess receives party credit & other hostess incentives (see below or contact us for more details). More cities & states coming soon!
Want to host a party at our studio? Parties are welcome during regular hours, or you may host your party before or after hours. Be sure to call ahead & we will dedicate a staff member to your party of 5 or more. For reservations or more information please call us at 937-431-1888 or email to info@jennaclaire.com.
Tip for all parties: Try to book your party at least 2 weeks in advance!
STUDIO HANDBAG PARTIES
We welcome groups for a private party. A $25 deposit is required to reserve your space. If your party sales total $500 or more, this deposit will be applied towards your purchases. No refunds if party is canceled within 7 days of your party. A private staff member will be assigned to assist your party. The hostess will receive a hostess credit based on total party sales!
STUDENT HOSTESSES
Having a studio party with friends is a FUN way to express your individuality! Birthday parties, club outings, or just a girls’ night out-anything goes! Your guests may purchase their own items (we can offer a list of items within a specific budget), or the hostess may choose to treat the guests. We will be happy to help you plan a party tailored to your guests’ tastes. A private staff member will be assigned to help with your party. You may use the studio before or after store hours. OFFICE PARTIES
This is it! The ultimate thank-you for your hard-working staff! Treat them to a private studio party or ask us about our on-site parties just for large groups. You set the budget, we do the rest! A private staff member will be assigned to assist your party. You may use the studio before or after store hours. You (the host/hostess) will receive a hostess credit based on your total sales!
BRIDAL PARTIES
Host a group design session for your bridesmaids or the bride! We can help you choose just the right fabrics and/or style. Brides receive a 10% bridal discount when they purchase a bridal gift order of 5 or more bags, or the standard party hostess credit if they host a JennaClaire bridal party. Monogramming is available. Contact us for more details! JennaClaire specializes in creating one-of-a-kind handbags made from heirloom fabrics: your mother or grandmother’s bridal gown, vintage christening gowns, etc. We can also provide you with a collection of silk fabrics to better coordinate with your gown or your bridesmaids’.
SORORITY PARTIES
Create the perfect bag in your sorority colors! Monogramming Greek letters is available-contact us for details. We also offer special pricing for large orders. Host a party and use your hostess credits to purchase a bag for a special fundraiser! A private staff member will be assigned to assist your party. You may use the studio before or after store hours. You (the hostess) will receive a hostess credit based on your total sales!
FUNDRAISERS
Design bags for a cause! We are happy to support our local charities & activities. Host a party & use your hostess credits to design a bag to use at a silent auction, or contact us for other details! A private staff member will be assigned to assist your party. You may use the studio before or after store hours- a private staff member will be assigned to assist your party. JennaClaire will donate a check to your organization in the amount of your hostess credits.
DOLL & ME TEA PARTIES
Just for our littlest JennaClaire designers! Perfect for birthdays or special occasions. Design a bag for yourself and receive a matching one for your doll. Choose from 2 styles: Flower Bag or Mine All Mine. Book your own private party with a minimum of 5 girls and each girl receives the matching bags, a tea party including pink lemonade & sweet treats, balloons, and a goody bag. Cost is $40 per person and includes all of the above. (Hostess credits do not apply to Doll & Me Tea Parties).
